Company History

I created this service business out of necessity. I have two extremely large gates, with gate operators at a commercial property I own and manage. The welding company I contracted to build the security gates did a fine job welding.... but never could quite dial in ‘The Gate Operator’.

After three (3) years and numerous service calls, there was a growing disconnect of my sense of urgency when my gates malfunctioned. The relationship soured because ultimately they desired to weld and manufacture gates.... not service electrical GATE OPERATORS.

I was left high and dry with 2000 lb. gates/two automatic gate operators securing the commercial property for 150+ tenants: tenants who demand security and access.

The result - an improved functionality of ‘The Gate Operator.’ Gates dialed in to the demands of Las Vegas winds and heat, all while working with the owner’s or communities requests - furthermore maintaining the integrity of the MANUFACTURES WARRANTY.
